If you use the Galevant Institute website you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ('Terms of Use').

Basic Terms

1. In the case that you are under 13 years you need permission from legal guardian to use this website.
2. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your screen name.
3. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
4. You are allowed to have only one personal user account.
5. You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate others.
6. You may not use the Galevant Institute website or service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
7. You are solely responsible for your conduct on- and off-line,  including any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links ('Content') that you submit, post, and display.
8. You must not modify, adapt or hack http://www.galevant.org or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the Galevant Institute.
9. You must not create or submit unwanted email or advertisements to the Galevant Institute or any of its members ('Spam').
10. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
11. You must not, in the use of the Galevant Institute website, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
12. Any loss of, or damage to, data is not the responsibility of community.elgg.org. Use of this service is at your own risk.

Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your account. While Galevant Institute prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that the Galevant Institute cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its web site and, despite our best efforts, may be exposed to such materials and that you use the website and releated service at your own risk.

Membership Terms
By joining/signing up to the Galevant Insitute, you agree to the following:
You retain all copyrights to your works; provided, however, you grant to us a non-exclusive, transferable, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce and sell reproductions of your works. Should any sales be generated from your works then you will receive 75% of that . You have the right to withdraw this license at any time; you can do this by removing the material that you have uploaded or alternatively you can inform us by email or phone.
The works provided by you has to at least be under a so called open source free culture license: Attribution Internaltional(CC BY).
